Hardys Shiraz, Southern Eastern Australia, 1998

Nottage Hill, the site of Hardy's original cellars at McLaren Vale in South Australia, was named in honour of Thomas Nottage who managed Hardy's vineyards and cellars for over 60 years. Spicy characters typical of this Australian style are evident in this rich, smooth red wine. Varietal fruit flavors of soft plum and berry are enhanced by subtle, integrated oak. Nottage Hill continues the tradition of fine winemaking at Hardys since 1853. Product of Australia. Alc. 13.0% by vol.
