Glen Ellen Pinot Noir, Proprietor's Reserve, California, 2010 1.5 l

Rooted in the heart of California's wine country. Ellen Rowe Concannon migrated from Ireland and moved with her husband James to California's idyllic Livermore Valley (Glen is valley in native Gaelic) in 1883. The Victorian home pictured on our label sits on the original Concannon estate. Rooted in the heart of California wine country, the surrounding vineyards and the house have stood the test of time, like the wines of Glen Ellen. Bursting with aromas of ripe strawberry, our medium-bodied Pinot Noir has bright red fruit flavors balanced by warm spice accents. Enjoy this wine with a wide range of foods from cream-sauced pasta with shellfish to a decadent chocolate mousse. Alc 13.5% by vol. Vinted & bottled by Glen Ellen Winery, Ripon, CA.
