What It Is
Community Cash is a cash back program that has donated over $1,000,000 to local non-profit organizations, including schools. Participating organizations save receipts from our participating stores, and earn 1% cash back on qualifying purchases.
How It Works
To get started, you must first register your organization. To register click here. Once you register, begin saving receipts! Any receipt dated after May 1, 2011 is eligible to turn in. Once you’ve totaled $2,000 in receipts, fill out a claim form (available at your local store), and then turn in your receipts along with the claim form to your store or mail them to Fresh Encounter, 317 W. Main Cross Findlay, OH 45840. Allow 6-8 weeks for your check to arrive.
Mailbox Madness
We’ve made it easy to let others know you’re a Community Cash participant! Print this handout, fill in your information and make copies to hand out to your members and supporters. Help them remember Community Cash on their next shopping trip! The first 11 organizations that register per store will earn a special perk for the program. Each month, one charity will have a designated mailbox in their local Community Markets, Fulmer Community Markets and Great Scot Community Markets store. The mailbox makes it convenient for customers to simply drop their receipt in to help that particular charity. While most stores have reached their mailbox limit, there are still spots available in select locations! To see a list of mailbox participants click here.
